Orders placed for in-stock items typically ship within the same business day or the day following. All orders placed on in-stock items using free in store pickup will be notified via email once the order is fulfilled and may be picked up at any time during normal business hours. Custom orders are shipped as soon as they are completed.
Was surprised to receive an order of caps that did not meet expectation, I would like to suggest that in the future when you have items discounted for sale that you completely remove any that are not available to prevent confusion and misrepresentation of the perceived availability of such items.
Hi Marcus! As mentioned previously over the phone, you were looking at a photo of an item that was no longer in stock nor available for purchase. The hat you chose read 'Rubber Flag Patch - Grey/Black' upon selection and included a photo of this item during checkout. There was no misrepresentation, as there was only this style and one other style still in stock and what you chose was represented both via text and photo. The remaining eight styles were grayed out and ineligible for selection to purchase. We apologize for you not realizing what you were selecting. We have been sold out of the style you wanted for quite some time; otherwise, we would have considered an exchange on this final sale item for you. Have a great day!
