Yes. Lid styles vary by product, but every GATR drinkware lid is BPA-free.
Yes. All GATR drinkware is laser-engraved in GATR's Thibodaux, Louisiana shop: single logo $12, multiple logos $18, photo wrap $30 on top of the cup. Standard placement is about 3 × 3 in, top center. Turnaround is three to four weeks after proof approval.
No. Laser engraving is paint ablation — the artwork is burned through the powder coat to expose the stainless steel underneath — so it is part of the cup, not a layer on top. It does not peel, fade or wash off.
Yes. Bulk case discounts are available on GATR drinkware, and customizing services come in case packs. Request a quote with your quantity for corporate gifts, events or crew orders.
A 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, misuse and damage from improper care (such as excessive dishwasher heat) are not covered.

Orders over $75 ship free within the USA. In-stock drinkware typically ships the same or next business day; engraved orders ship when the custom work is complete.
Orders placed for in-stock items typically ship within the same business day or the day following. All orders placed on in-stock items using free in store pickup will be notified via email once the order is fulfilled and may be picked up at any time during normal business hours. Custom orders are shipped as soon as they are completed.
