∙ Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for completion of engraved drinkware. While we aim to get all orders out as soon as possible, turnaround time can fluctuate based on shop workload. If your order is needed sooner, please contact us prior to order placement to ensure that we can have your project completed within your requested timeframe.
∙ For photo wrapped drinkware, only stainless steel may be used. If powder coated drinkware is selected, stainless steel drinkware will be substituted. Photos for photo wrapped stainless cups should be horizontally oriented. Vertical photos will be duplicated to fill the voided space.
∙ All artwork provided for laser engraving will appear exactly as submitted, unless edits (such as logo stacking, color reversing, etc) are required for a better application.
