Three different processes, chosen by what you are branding and how the logo needs to look.
A pad cut from MarineMat — the same premium material used in marine decking — bonded to the lid of the cooler. Depending on how complex the artwork is, we cut it on the CNC, on the laser, or with a combination of both.
This is the option that turns a cooler into something people keep. It also adds a non-skid, heat-deflecting surface to the lid, which is why the same material ends up on boat decks. Pads are available for every size: 20, 45, 70, 110 and both Eggs — as a complete cooler, or as pads only if the recipient already owns the cooler.
Laser engraving is paint ablation: the laser burns the artwork through the powder coat to reveal the stainless steel underneath. The result is part of the cup, not printed on it — it does not peel, fade or wash off, and it survives a dishwasher and a truck bed alike.
Available across the drinkware range, on powder-coated and stainless finishes.
When the logo has to be reproduced in exact brand colours — a multi-colour mark, a gradient, a sponsor lockup — full-colour printing is the route. This is the option for brand guidelines that do not bend.

The clock starts when the artwork is approved, not when the order is placed — which is why the digital proof step matters. If you have a date, tell us at quote stage and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
One thing we will not pretend about: our coolers are not manufactured in the United States, though we produce as much as we can stateside, including apparel and accessories. Every piece of customisation work — the pads, the engraving, the printing, the marine decking — is done in our Thibodaux shop. If a supplier tells you differently about their own product, ask them the same question.

Customising services are offered in case packs as well as single units, so both one-off gifts and larger runs are possible. Ask at quote stage.
Decoration is priced on top of the product. Laser engraving starts at $12 per piece and custom cooler pads start at $40, on top of a cooler priced from $200 to $500 or drinkware from $20. Volume changes the number — request a quote with your quantity.

We can, but we typically don't. If you need complete build from scratch, or a complete rebuild of your current logo, let us know upfront and we will quote it at that time.
Marine Mat — the same material we use for boat decking projects. It is non-skid, non-absorbing, heat-deflecting and easy to clean. Depending on artwork complexity we cut it on the CNC, the laser, or both.

Yes, under the same limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. One honest caveat: a customised item may not be replaceable with an identical piece, so a warranty replacement may be an item of equal value instead.
Yes. We keep the approved artwork on file, so a second run matches the first — useful for annual gifting programmes or a growing team.
Yes. Drinkware across the range, and through GATR Skn we deck boats, RVs, golf carts, running boards and any other flat, non-porous surface. We have also been known to offer our laser engraving, full color print, and machine shop services for all sorts of awards, golf balls, prints, canvases, keychains, pens, etc.
The coolers themselves are not manufactured in the United States; we produce what we can stateside, including apparel and accessories. All customisation work is done in our Thibodaux, Louisiana shop.
For most corporate gifting, the GATR 20 at $200 or the GATR Egg 25 at $225 — big enough to be a real gift, small enough to ship well and to actually get used. For milestone or executive gifts, the GATR 45. For an event or a crew, the GATR 70 with Wheels.
